Great to see you guys today and Jeff, thanks for the workout and you and MaxReps input today, it really helps being this close to the show......again, thank you!

I had a great time and I'm proud to call you guys my friends. And you other guys here should know that we talked about nearly everyone that's about to reply in this thread. It's odd being able to bring up any handle to people in the real world and hear fresh opinions/insight regarding them.

Board folklore definitely runs deep.

Squadfather I'm pretty sure that you are mentioned in many gym settings across the country, BTW. What's that feel like?

No but we discussed Jimmy at length, they both knowing WAY more than me. Ron used to have a strange fascination with Jimmy trivia as well.

Ha, shared my physique in front of the entire gym at Golds Venice, I haven't taken my shirt off in a gym in 20 years let alone Venice.

The last time I talked to him on Messenger was right after the "Flower incident" and I thought he was showing signs of actual remorse; hence (IMO) his having been gone this long this time. He was focused on getting on with work, his girl, etc. I dunno when he'll be back.

I don't think I'll consider myself done with this sport until I have a picture of me in awesome shape posing in that mirror with at least Rico McClinton standing behind me.
