I don't have problems with women's rights..

It's just that women expect the same rights as men without putting forth the same amount of work. And if that doesn't happen, then it's sexism.. 

I'm all for men and women being equals. It doesn't bother me. I don't think they should be payed less, but of course they should do the same workload as men.

You do see many women in various fields that are just not as good as men.. Gee, I wonder why? Could it be people hiring and giving chances just for the sake of diversity?

And Algebra is right. Women have always had power and influence, even if they haven't always had rights. This just doesn't include attractive women either.
