There is a simple test they do in special unit forces. 60 - 65 almost in a full height squats in 45 seconds, i.e. squat down to the fullest, standing up in an almost full height, not locking it out in the knees just as if you squat with the barbell. Hands are clasped behind the head. Be warned if you're lower than 6 or 180 lbs you barely would have had a chance to get tested, midgets can go and play. Is anyone there good at this?
