Has anyone seen or heard of 'Blizhniy Boy: The Ultimate Fighter'

It's a movie starring Cung Le, Oleg Taktarov, Bolo Leung, Oliver Gruner, Eric Roberts, Gary Busey and David Carradine.

Has an absurd 8.4 rating on IMDB and with that cast, it just might rock!
