i noticed this guy too...he looks awesome size-wise but he does look like hes 4 weeks out. I do like his look tho, he should get his pro card next year if he can dial in the conditioning.

Very impressive muscularity on that guy, but his jump from heavies to supers may not have been a wise choice, as he definately needs to be more conditioned.

He's definitely a TANK. He has a ton of muscle but his conditioning was not very crisp at check-in.

Agreed. After the last few weeks of seeing Alex A's conditioning progress, this guy, in comparison, while huge, looks like he just decided to compete today. $:-\$

i watched his arm training (at MD in the trenches) some months ago - it was pretty obvious.

That’s a bit unfair don’t you think? Have you ever competed? Do you routinely do things flawlessly in the begining? I don’t. This is bodybuilding isn't it? The kid has put on a lot of muscle; give him credit. So, he needs to work on his conditioning... don’t we all? With the right tutelage, he will get better at dialing it in.

Those posing trunks are too small though.

he's actualy got a good stocky shape, nice big chunky arms and calves too... obvious he's been bangining in excess amounts of slin tho, im sure he'l nail his conditioning eventualy, got loads of time at 24 to figure it out.

I judged Jeff in a few NJ shows and told him numerous times he needs to learn to diet right. His dad was there and he kept disagreeing saying he needs to carb up more and get "as big as a fuckin house!" Those were his dads exact words. Jeff's other issue is his nutritionist John Oreagon. John has his guys take a TON OF SHIT! They come in full and huge but rarely conditioned enough. The only guy he ever had success with was Capriese Murray. Jeff could do very well but he has to get ALOT leaner and get his midsection under control. At least his arms are pretty much back to normal from all the Synthol he used. There are a few training vids of him on MD and his arms are all shot up with that crap. They look huge now though.
