I judged Jeff in a few NJ shows and told him numerous times he needs to learn to diet right. Thanks for posting the video, Mike. It was a series of vids of him and his training partner on MD's "In the Trenches"..

I remember seeing it and simply not believing how thick the guy is, especially when he stands sideways.

If he can get shrinkwrapped and keep the gut in check he`ll do OK.

wow gh gut already?? he looks offseason still, he has very thick skin, reminds me of Jay Cutlers skin type, but atleast he has some vascularity that shows through his skin. Id say his waist is 38"

... his "dad" and his nutritionist sound like a couple grade-A dumbasses... if he's smart he'd find someone else to prep him... one of the biggest 24 year olds I've EVER seen though... that most muscular shot is INSANE.

No you can't see it there but on MD's site there are training vids of him and you can clearly see it. The thing with Synthol is to use it in the offseason to stretch the fascia so the body part grows. Then be sure to stop using it far enough out from a contest so the muscle looks normal.

That thread tells a little about the guys face- which is a tattooed helmet of ancient times- or something like that.

I don't care for Mr. Longs look. Too big of a waist, stretch marks (without the tanning lotion) are really distracting, and when he raises his arms for a FDB pose, his upper chest disappears. Arnold described this as having weak upper pecs.
Impressive, but the waistline in these photos are hindering his look more than the added size helping his look. $:-\$

That magneto guy is at all the shows, hes pretty cool guy.

What a waste not to come in in shape. He wasn't in shape the year before either. Once is excusable if you're young and dumb but how stupid do you have to be to come in 25lbs overweight? The judges won't care about his potential, only what he presents that day, which is a fat body.

has potential,and mass is in spades,shape isn't too bad either,'id say 10 to 15 lbs would be ideal,but todays standard for conditioning is extreme even for the supers.if he's done this 2 yrs in a row then he's just afraid to commit to all out diet for conditioning and probably the stigma "i'll look small if i get too lean'dude this is the nationals not the best body in a night club contest.a big dude nonetheless...he would be a great bouncer.

He's only 24 condition can take time with some people. It's still pretty good, to be honest he does have enough mass he shouldn't stress about dropping 10 more pounds to compete. Probably look bigger.
