Lol...I'm no bodybuilding champion, and don't strive to be, I like to lift, I like the sport..somewhat, and I like to look good, thats it. Wasting countless hours in a gym is not my idea of living life my friend. If you are striving to become a professional bb than it's a different story, but I feel content with hitting the gym 4 times a week, and doing cardio 3 days a week at home. I did the whole 2 a day thing and it was pointless...overkill for me, but if you are seriously gunning for the IFBB, then more power to you buddy!
