I remember an article with Nasser, naturally ghost written but probably based on an interview, where Nasser talked about his monstrous 500 pound squat! The way it was written made it seem like an incredible feat! A line I remember, "I went so deep, and it felt so good!"

i remember him shoulder pressing 200lb dumbells in a shoot with ian harrison a while ago,,, that takes some doing

theres some incredibly strong ex bodybuilders who you have to take in consideration too, such as gary taylor, sven viking power karlson, jean paul sigmanson etc etc plenty others i cant think of

Some examples of his lifts:

200 lb dumbell shoulder press for 1 and a half reps. By the way NO ONE has ever done this before besides Huge Nasser.

495 lb incline barbell press for reps (picture in Flex)

Deadlifts up to 735 lbs

255 lb EZ curl bar curls for 6 reps (Nasser part 3 video)

160 lb dumbell press for 12 reps (Nasser part 3 video)

200 lb dumbell pullovers for 4 reps

etc.

All of these Nassar threads are overkill.

If you are trying to create a "stir" you are failing with overexposure.

There's nothing special about Nassar that will make him popular 10 years after he's retired.

Not even a thousand threads.

at 2-3 he was at his offseason bigest and strongest.

Part 2 was precontest not offseason. This lead me to believe you are probably making up the whole thing about even seeing parts 1 to 4.

Anyhow, you asked for Nasser's lifts from his videos, I already described two of them in my earlier post (dumbell press and barbell curls).

Nasser said that there were times he did incredible lifts for Flex Cover shots then later Chris Lund would tell him that the weights were too wide and they dont fit on the cover page! Huge Nasser talks about that in Nasser on the Way Part 7. He had the bar loaded up with as many 45 lb plates that could fit for shrugs and Chris Lund later told him it woudlnt fit on the cover LOL. How many pro bodybuilders do you know of who can do lifts that are so incredible they DO NOT FIT on the cover of Flex?! Only Nasser baby!
