I wanted to see if I would be able to notice any in my body..and I haven't also I wanted to live a lifestyle that was maintainable long term..I don't see myself drinking shakes and taking supplements when I am 40+ years. why can't I just work out hard and eat a sensible diet and still have a decent build?plus also the supplement industry is just getting too crazy, at some point you have to say "this shit just isn't true"...look in any magazine..you really can't believe any of that crap
