can i get a decent answer?
If you are going 30 minutes after waking up, 50 g. of simple sugars could make you carash in the middle of your workout. That is from my personal experience. Pure Whey when you wake, then drink some BCAA mix (Xtend) while training then Post w/o=Whey and Waxy Maize.
MY AM ROUTINE
WAKE: 6am
-Whey, Waxy Maize and Udo oil
Pre-workout: 7:15 am
-Cellucor M5, ALRi Primed (creatine, no, carnosine and some stimulants)
TRAIN: 7:30-8:30
-Xtend (BCAA drink in 1.5 liters of water)
POST: w/in 10 min. after training
-Whey and Waxy Maize
1 HR. After Post Workout Shake
-Eggs, Oats or any protein and carb combo
