there are three types of bodyfat, subcutaneous, visceral, and intra-muscular. Subcutaneous is under the skin and above the muscles. Visceral is in between the organs in the torso. Intra-muscular is in between the muscle fibers.
Most people only think of subcutaneous. If they can see their abs, they think they have low bodyfat. But many competition bodybuilders have large amounts of visceral fat. They're the ones with the protruding stomachs. Insulin encourages the deposit of visceral fat.
This guy has large amounts of intra-muscular fat. My guess is close to 20%. Get rid of that and he'd be a lot smaller, but look a hell of a lot better. (His heart would be better off too)
