I was getting better since last saturday.
But today i am bit worse than 2 days ago due to super low carbs and hardcardio(one hot 21 yrs old chic always try to encourage me to do more minutes.I will post her pic later.  ;)).
So from today i will eat normal amount of brown rice and see.
84kg still..

eat for what you do get it down to a science never do low carbs just balance your calories

fruits and nuts you cant go wrong with natural antioxidants and things that boost your white blood cells and healthy blood and alkaline water

rice is only glucose and fiber , no special benefits like fruits have with healing powers

a good tripple cheesburger right before a huge upper body workout would blow up your upper body like no other

or before a lower body workout would blow up your lower body

its tuff to blow up the whole body at once usually you only have enough blood in the system to keep upper or only lower body huge at any given time, if you spread your workload to thing youll wont have a standout upper or lower but midway on both depends on the look you are going for

Being natural,just i have to think about protect my muscle at first. I increce my carb intake to 100 gram of rice to 200gram daily.
The reason why i do this is that i begin to look really bad from yesterday.3 days ago i was really better than last saturday though...

I also begin to notice about necessity of simple sugar from fruit. But on this phase,i have to be really careful about carb intake though.
