I had a buddy recently tell me the only time on EQ that he's not sleepy is when he's actually working out, but past that he felt like sleeping all the dame time. Once he hit the weights though it was a whole different story for him. He said he had amazing stamina and didn't ever feel like stopping, once he was out of the gym though he was ready for a 2-3 hour nap, so that might be the case for you.
