actually i think it was 14 guys originally. gary strydom, aaron baker, johnny morant, eddie robinson,mike quinn, jim quinn,danny padilla, david dearth, mike christian,barry demey , vince comerford,tony pearson, troy zullculatto, and lou ferrigno who backed out at the last minute.

They had Lou on the posters for the first WBF show back in 91/92...and then Weider at the last minute offered him more $$$$ to not go over.

That was the BEST thing that ever happened to pro BBing because it started a bidding war, and the pro's for once made serious cash-even though it only lasted for 2 years....except Eddie, who stayed on for 2 more years as a rep for McMahons ICO PRO supplements.

Gary had the top contract in the WBF at $350K per year, PLUS he was making another $200K-$300K+ with Crazee wear, so he was making very serious money then.

I remember Ico Pro.
Bobby Heenan mentioned that Curt Hennig once gave his kid some IP before a football game and the kid missed playing because he had the sh*ts for four weeks and couldn’t practice.
