Only 90lbs but I bet few can do it.

Place two 45's together with the smooth parts facing out. Then pick the two plates up using a pinch grip.

And no, it's not me before anyone asks. I did try it in the gym today though and failed miserably, even when I used chalk. $:-\$

Absolutely my favourite line in the whole movie. I saw it in a small, arty theater and I laughed out loud at that (typical Coen Bros. dark line) and everyone looked at me like I was an idiot. I do know that anyone who looked like that said something like that to me I would shit my pants.
