maybe on YOUR frame that look would be over 15 % bf.. but on his frame...with his amount of muscle mass..he is definitely not over 15%.. rule of thumb...abs become visible at about 13%

inject some testosterone into your body and watch what it does to you. its bloat and water that makes him look like he has got love handles.. the gyno and lower bac fat is fat..but theres alot ofwater..and his abs are sort of clear..yes id say hes about 13 %
