None... protein powders are a waste of money...
I've used protein powders for years and they're an excellenct supplement when whole food can't be eaten. Every morning at work it's skim milk and protein powder. They're only a waste of money if you have the time to eat regular food each day.....I do not. And don't give me that "if you cared enough you'd make the time" horseshit. It's a convenient, inexpensive, low-carb, low-cal, decent tasting alternative to regular protein sources.
NITREAN by Atlarge Nutrition...http://atlargenutrition.com/nutrition_detail.php?products_id=1tastes fantastic, mixes amazingly in both water AND milk, and is made up of both slow and fast acting protiens... i wouldn't be standing behind them if they didn't make quality shit..and i've tried tons of protien brands and have never been happier as i have been with nitrean.
You working for them? You seem to push their products Alot.
Hi Alex "no life no friends" 23.
personally ill go on ebay and buy my protein powder. cheapest way of doing it
Granted buying Protein Powder might not be the most pleasant way of parting with your money but it should hardly become a critical spending decision.
personally i don't mind spending money on bodybuilding related stuff
you don't think buying that on Ebay is a little excessive? You life in the states right? why not go to one of your many BB shops and by it there?
I'snt protien powder a form of steroids I'm scared of takin it cuz I don't want gyno
you gotta take some milk thistle and cycle off every 4 weeks bro..remember.. time on=time off.. dont wanna fuck up your body or lose your nuts !
Protein powders are a "supplement" to a regular diet. If you can take in enough regular food you do not need a supplement.
