Whatever is the cheapest based on the ratio of price:protein per 100g. I don't care for name brands as some have ridiculous prices and low protein quality.

Most protein powder tastes horrible just with water. I tried some recently and it tasted very sugary and sweet. Mix it with milk, and it tastes more natural.

I mostly eat whole food, but keep protein powder around for when I don't have time for a full meal, which happens more often than I'd like. I use that crap that Chris Mason is always pimping on here.

I was using whatever they sell at Wal-Mart. Recently, the taste is unbearable even for me. They keep monkeying around with the formula and supposedly this time they added more amino acids. that is great but if it taste so nasty (and I mean for me to say nasty it has to be horrible to the average joe) I can't drink it then it does me no good

I suppose you use water? PP becomes a lot more bareable for me if I use milk, problem for me of course is that I cannot
have milk if I'm dieting. :/

You are right about the milk making it taste better. But better in this case is still like dirt in milk haha

Let's get one thing clear here,

I LOVE this sport, my biggest hero in life in general is Arnold, I go to all the irish BB shows even if they by most standarts crap, I love to train, I love to be as hard with myself as possible, bb gives me a general focus in life beside my work and relationship, I believe BB has made me a better person.
If i ever bitch (as you said yourself) about this sport than only about the rampand steroid use, and I will not change my mind when i say i personaly believe the unability for certain people to clamp down on certain drug abusing Pro's is hurting my beloved sport.
