Ah, life is good.

This was taken last week on holiday in Marbella (south coast of Spain). Quite a posh place as I found out - Spain's millionaires row - didn't see any Getbiggers though.

Height - 5'10 and a half
Weight - 240
Bodyfat - absolutely no idea - could be anywhere around 15-20%!
Arms are 19.25in
Chest is around 50in
Quads are about 28in

yeah i thought your legs looked thick.. damn dude, 28 inch is pretty impressive...rarely do you see guys with legs over 25 inches...

You are pretty good. Judging from face..20% is exggerate. You are not that fat.

Quads have always grown easily for me - all I do for legs is barbell squats - ass to floor (slow and controlled) for sets of between 10-12 reps, as heavy as i can go. I also throw in the odd set of hacks and sometimes leg extensions if I've got the energy left. My calves are crap though and I struggle to bring them up in line with the quads. That and the fact that I don't train them as often as I should. $:-\$
