Ok, Time to rant.
Yesterday, I decided I'd throw in another leg session for last week. The gym I train at is well equipped but small i.e. only one squat rack. So there are some guys doing squats when I get there which is grand(nice to see someone else training legs for a change!!) I started off doing some seated calf raises and leg extensions to warm up. Just as those guys finish a little guy walks over to the rack and starts unloading the bar. I don't mind sharing the rack so I said nicely
"Hey, do you mind if I work in" and his reply will go to my grave -
 "I am doing biceps here.."
"Ok, In the squat rack???"
"Yes, there are no benches free that I can put the weight on when I am done"
"Are you for real? You are going to use the only fuckin squat rack in this place to do bicep curls because there are no free benches?"
"Yeah, I won't be long"
I nearly took his head off! I proceeded to do dips next to him staring at him constantly...He eventually got the picture and fucked off...

I really wanted to knock this arrogant prick out but it wouldn't have been fair the dude was about 120lbs

I just called him an idiot and laughed at him...The little fuck nearly shit his pants when I was doing dips and staring him out of it...Practically ran out of the gym after 2 sets of rack-curls
