my "yes" was in reference to your FIRST question....regarding if you can bulk up fatsre because of carbs. the answer is "YES"
the two diets i outlined and compared were two gaining diets, not a fat loss diet...
and you can lose fat faster AFTER a high carb diet because youll have more t3 and less cortisol and more muscle !
oh and the kind of mass gaining diet you use doesnt effect whether or not you lose muscle on a fat loss diet..
