During training camp.  Jared Gaither went down, Adam Terry came into replace him, he went down.  Ngata sparined his mcl. and Kelly Greg is hobbled.  Thats a shitlaod of important guys.

Shit, that sucks. Injuries happen at training camp, what are you gonna do?

We'll see. New coach, new philosophy, new coaching scheme with a great offensive coordinator in Cam Cameron. And a young, energetic, hungry for success, coach in Harbaugh. Change like this has proven in NFL past that it benefits more than hurts an NFL franchise.

A lot of times new blood is just what the doctor ordered. ;) The talent base is already there(obviously more so on defense) with a great mix of youth and veteran leadership. As always, the offense needs to improve. Maybe this year it will.

The issue is, your new coach is running a very physical camp.  Now your starting LT, RT, NT and DT are injured.  Not a good start.

Not in Year 1.  Maybe 2-3 years down the road.

Yeah but the ravens don't have the steelers offense..  Steelers got a new OC, but they've got a superbowl winning qb running the system.  Cam looked great with LT and Brees.  Not so hot with miami.  We'll see how he does in Baltimore.

it's tomlin ;)

ben's motorcycle accident, appendectomy, and concussion during the season is the reason we went 8-8 that year, he lost us 5 games all by himself

one more win and we would've been in th playoffs :(

It's called optimism. And stop dodging me every time I ask who your team is.

I seem to remember the Ravens winning 13 games two season ago when they were prediciting to finish last in the division and coming off a 5-11 season.
I'm not saying that's going to happen by any stretch of the imagination. But nobody here has a crystal ball. Every year, any NFL team can come out of nowhere and have a great season. That's what makes the NFL so great. The Ravens have loads of talent on defense and special teams. The jury is still out on the offense, but we'll see how it pans out.

Either way, I back my team and I will always keep things on the up an up.
