Thanks...I wish I were buff...I'm not...but thanks anyway...

I haven't been to US Supplement shop in ages. The owner is a business friend of mine and lifting/fitness/supplements are his life. I really prefer his products to others. (I do get discounts though

)

they sell those instant underwater ones,..

thats what i used..

dunno if they would work well if u went too deep though...

Admittedly....there was some initial panic as the godly sought to flee from my presence but as I was in a rather apathetic mood I thought I would spare Jebus the pain and do the faithful a favour.
