why do people embarass themselves by not pushing themselves to the maximum and train less than 6 days a week? what kinda attitude is that? there's no 3-4 times a week routine in any other sports. even dart im sure they hit the pub more often than that but in bodybuilding there's all those weak minded motherfuckers that wanna rest half the time and sit at home and jerk themselves off to sleep - fuck em thats what i say!

you post on get big 7 days a week 24 hours a day when do you train..maybe if you write a letter to our government officials maybe you can get them to add another day to the week so you can at least eat..

listen to that shit wile cooling down and stretching, works wonders for the thighs and glutes

x 10 years = 520 times vs 1040 times.
