The Ultimate Fighter cast revealed for season 8

This season will feature a mix of light heavyweight and lightweight prospects who will compete in a tournament-style format until one man from each weight class is left standing at the TUF 8 Finale on December 13.

Similar to last season, the contestants will be expected to fight their way into the house in the first episode of the show. UFC Heavyweight Champion Antonio Rodrigo “Minotauro” Nogueira and Frank Mir will serve as opposing coaches.

the smaller guys are better on that show...

the fights are better,the talents better.........and smaller guys are lightweights when it comes to drinkin which always makes for good drama !

Krzysztof Soszynski trains with team quest I believe, he's got some pretty sick cardio, that's what got him the win against one of my former instructors last year.  I don't expect him to win the whole show or anything, but he should do well.

I really don't know how Lance Evans makes 205 now,  he is a big guy!
