safe $ would say he wouldn't dare utter ANYTHING negative about clinton, as 10% of her votes would win him the election.

Smart $ says he's very old, and putting a Clinton 2nd in line for the prez could sink the republican agenda quickly.

But right when Hillary mentioned her name boom the camera went to Michelle and she smiled.

I think, Biden, and Michelle were blown away by the barrage of signs for Hillary that appeared out of nowhere.

Anyone else notice that she simply said she supported Obama, but did not make her speech about him or what he would do as president, EVERYTHING centered around her.

you're kidding, Clinton noted Michelle as being a terrific partner of Obama and a great first lady, quote.  And they showed her face and she way happy as hell.  I don't know how you saw different.

But WOW!!!  again, this was a huge speech!!!  By all means hit the search button and you will find I have never been a fan of either Bill Clinton or Hillary.  Those who have known me here a while can testify.  I have not had nice things to say about the Clintons... But I will recognize this speech was huge.  WOW...

I liked Hilary's speech.  Didn't see it live, I picked it up off Barack Obama's YouTube channel, so the camera was focused on Hilary the whole time, ...but I liked it. Thought it mentioned John McCain a little too much, ...but I thought it was a very good speech nonetheless.

That's because they went easy on McCain the first day, very easy, only Pelosi mentioned McCain on day 1.  The mode today had to attack McCain some.

Good speech.  It focused more on her and the democratic party in general instead of specifically praising Barack...which was more genuine because I don't believe Hillary holds Barack as a political equal.

Though I disagree with Hillary on several platforms, there is no doubt that she should have been the democratic nominee.  She rebounded late in the primaries but the Obama hype was too much early on.

I don't doubt that Hilary will be a powerful and influential player in an Obama administration, whether she is seen to be or not, ...but I believe Obama will be a much more effective leader than Hilary is capable of being. Don't get me wrong, I think she is a smart & capable woman, ...however overcoming the animosity she stirs in so many people would cause too many resources to be diverted in overcoming this obstacle, and that for the sake of pragmatism and expediency, Obama is the better choice.
