so whats the carb up plan look like?
the carb up is something like this..
First day- add 60gr carbs for each protein/fat meal.
Second day- 60gr carb at every meal.
Third day- same as day two, eliminate all shakes, cut added salt.
Day of show- is similar to above but with specific meals.
