Creatine and whey is fine. Take them before and after you workout, thats it. Get yourself some fish oil and take a half dozen every day. You could get yourself a pre workout n.o. product if you have lots of extra money.
Make sure your not short changing yourself on whole foods before you buy ANY supplements. Get 4-5 meals a day, consisting of meat, complex carbs, veggies. Maybe some Unsaturated fats if your having trouble putting on weight.
