King, how is the condition now that you are a few weeks past the contest? Are you maintaining, is it slowly slipping? Would you compare yourself to 4-6-8-10 weeks out??
Could you outline basic things like if you are hyper sensitive to carbs ( I find i get this way when on low carbs pre contest), or is the cheat day on the 3rd day lowering your sensitivity?
Are you still going zero carbs on strict days?
How much water are you taking in compared to pre-contest?
How is your performance in the gym?
Are you still able to make gains considering you are on a defecit most of the time?
Will you stay on this programme when taking time "off"?
How are you mentally? Is staying on this diet taking it's toll? How is it effecting general life, doing paperwork etc etc.
