Your major weak points are lats and calves. Work on your posing, too, and remember: "If you don't have it - don't hit it!"

Thank you sir, Mandatory poses are almost in order but for some reason I use stupid poses when its just casual posing , Calves are not weak, they are shittt 12 inches, but I think its genetics cause I've tried everything. Lats need more width for sure, hopefully this winter, cool
20 days out , I yanked a muscle in my lower back so was unable to do any upper body shots for at least 3 days, bad luck, so now I'll let it rest, but here are the legs for now. Body weight 208
