no i eat alot of rice chicken/beef and then a BIG protion of my intake is liquid meals post workout that include tons of carbs and proteins.. post workout alone im getting somewhere bewteen 250-350 carbs and bout 250 protien (all from whey)...
Really??? I hope you have an awesome physique other wise you should ease up a bit and live like a normal person for the same physique.
250 from whey post workout, did you mean for the whole day after the workout counting real food or 250g's of whey shakes right after?
