Bros, I just got back from McDonalds... I had a big mac menu and an extra big mac... the girl behind the counter then accidentely gave me 2 of everything so i had one mroe fries and one more coke for free!

I guess bulking season is here and this is the great bodybuilder upstairs way to tell me to get going!

I dont know what thats in calories but I would guess 1,500 or so in one sitting!



Did you see Elite_Lifter there buying a Happy Meal???

hahahhaa, that and all the muscular calorie burning superhuman MACHINES who can devour the full menu at Jack in the Box followed by a 600 gram whey protein shake and not gain a milligram of bodyfat. ::)

hah, well if i ate like that all the time i would get fat. true. but i eat 4-6 clean meals every day and cheat maybe once every few days.

no i eat alot of rice chicken/beef and then a BIG protion of my intake is liquid meals post workout that include tons of carbs and proteins.. post workout alone im getting somewhere bewteen 250-350 carbs and bout 250 protien (all from whey)...

what i ate last night after smoking a few grams of marywana (drove to both carls jr and taco bell to complete this meal) =

1 double bacon western cheeseburger.
1 6 piece chicken
1 volcano taco
2 nacho cheese & steak chalupa's
1 nachos bel grando with extra beef no sour cream and no refried beans
1 mango & strawberry smoothie

I just tried the volcano taco too.  I think it is the exact same thing as the regular, but the shell has red food coloring.  I still love taco bell fire sauce though.
