I'll pull a getbig and call BS on your 250 kcal claim on the beef/sauce dish. 6 oz of cooked ground beef yields about 45 grams of protein. That's 180 kcal there. And probably about 10 grams of fat, and that's assuming you "wash" your ground beef to get noticeable fat off it. That's another 90 kcal, and I'm being generous and conservative here. So you're already up to 270 kcal, without the sauce.I'd change my mind, maybe, if you meant 6 oz of raw, 90% lean ground beef. That yields about 4 oz cooked. That's more reasonable, but you'd still have to wash the fat off.PS: Despite my rant above, I like the way you challenge the establishment on dieting ideas.
He is a moron. I could eat 2 a day and be ripped every single day of the year(as referenced by sample diet above). Also, taste doesn`t linger around for days after eating. He clearly has a mental disorder if that is the case. His delusion is incredible.
