i've never counted before... but after bulking on eggs/sausage for 2 weeks, and a nice round of sugar cookies on halloween, I was feeling less than good for a few days.
lots of chicken salad and some bagged dried blueberries (7 grams dietary fiber per 1/4 cup... whew!) fixed it up, but I was curious how much smart bodybuilders consumed.
how much fiber (if any) is in a big pile of romaine lettuce?
