No...I've never given specifics, never will.

I will say this...you would be surprised as to how basic it is.  More/ bigger cycles dont always make for the best gains...I know plenty of local guys who put me to shame when it came to taking gear...none of thm ever made it past the regional level.

The better the genetics (response to gear) the less you need.
