I could google for the "official" answer, but I'd rather hear from someone who has been there and done that. Maybe he doesn't know. Maybe he was one of those "dumb guys" who had a "trainer" plan and administer all his cycles. I would be surprised if that's the case, but if he can't answer my basic question, maybe it is?

It's individual...too many factors to ist.

If youve been doing gear as long as you claim, how could you not know what your own body is capable of?

I've gained everything I have today, from the cars I drive to the house we just bought....I've gained notoriety, business opportunities, I host the Olympia weekend, work on behalf of the athletes as their rep, etc.

I wouldn't compare myself with anybody
