I'm over the whole dizziness that I had when I first started using it and now I hang for 15 minutes 3-5 days a week.gotta say that it does help

my back feels much better.not that it was really bad but it use to get stiff alot,especially in the morning.I don't get that anymore so I'm happy.
...the only problem that I have is that when I'm hanging upside down my cats use my head as a punching bag
