Nice to see bodybuilders are so concerned about their diet and health...A tupperware container with a salad, vegetables and  lean meat and another tupperware with steroids, Growth hormones, insulin, hypodermic needles.

I don't because I tend to fall a lot and glass would break.  ;D  Tupperware, here!

At dinner I usually eat 6 to 9 cups of cooked rice along with a half to a whole chicken and maybe a can or two of green beans or sweet corn.  That is when I am able to train I eat that for dinner every day.  Have not done that in quite some time now.

Missed this. Enough rice to feed 20 people, a whole chicken, and a shitload of veg every day, haha. No doubt washed down with those 20 tins of Monster energy, too.

I dont drink at all, never miss it..

I don't drink at all either, nor do I eat junk food or candy at all. But I miss it all occasionally.
