Well, how does a total of only 1 set every week sound? That's pretty close.
Just work very, very hard on this one set. This is similar to Super Squats, or "breathing squats." Load up your 10 rep squat max, then do it 20 times no matter what. In other words, complete 10, stand there and breathe deeply a few times, do 1 more rep, and repeat until you hit 20. Just stand there and breathe deeply until you can do 1 more, and do that until you hit 20. Do this once a week, and if you eat a lot of healthy food you will grow everywhere.
(Add 5-10 pounds every workout.)
