These NO/Creatine mixes work well for me.  I like No Xplode and Super Charge NO by Labrada.

Also I just got some samples of Volumaize.  Works well especially on days when I'm working out at 6:30am.  I'll take anything to get me moving that early and this seems to do the trick.

VPX Shotgun is great cuz it also as 20 g protein.

I have tryed just about everything and the all work good for a while then it's like my body gets used to them.   NO Xplode worked really well so NO Shotgun

I said the same thing at first but my body kinda got used to it, so i take breaks from it now and then

Skoal cherry gives me the best pumps but mint isn't to bad. I save them for my leg days and usually go with something a bit milder like sour apple or vanilla for upper body.
