I have been doing the whole split thing as of late, and have been enjoying it. Today is a shoulders day, but aside from my 3-4 exercies, for 8-10 reps, I need another body part to pair with the shoulders, any suggestions as to what is good to pair with shoulders? I assume a pulling exercise, as shoulders is primarily pushing, but just thought I would check with the masses for some advice.THX

So, instead of hitting legs (quads, hams and calves) all in one day, I decided to split up the hamstrings and do those with shoulders. At first I was tentative of doing it, but when I noticed both my shoulders growing, and my hamstrings too, I was convinced it was a pretty good split. I've been using this split for about 1.5/2yrs.
I've done so many splits, I can't remember them all. I've used them so I don't work my legs (strong point) till the end of the week. I've used them to prioritize parts that needed it. Then I hurt my back, as well as work getting really busy and making Leg Day something to dread-more so than usual.
