I've heard conflicting reports on what you are meant to eat just before going to bed, so could members here please give their opinions. My goal at the moment is small gains.
If I work out during the day and go to sleep at 1am;
- what time should I be cutting out carbs and fats?
- what should my last meal be and when?
- Should I eat something small just before I go to sleep?
- If I finish my work out later, say 9pm, does this change anything?
