Ok its been 4 months:
I was thinking about using steroids many months ago but decided that it would be a waste of money, I can just be aggressive and take action., and i want to stay natural for health, plus its too late now that highschools ending ;( . Ive been using lots of coffee 6 cups per workout. strength up a bit esp. shoulders, lost about 10 lbs. total. Also started BOXING.
5'11 about 215 lbs 17.75 inch arms can someone estimate my (fat) bodyfat : p
