My shoulders, both of them hurt when I bench and some other exercises. it seems to be just under my rear deltas in the joints. has anyone else had this? is there a way to strengthen this area because it happens when I start to go heavy. right now I can't even have any bench workout. Stats: my form is near perfect, I've lifted for about 4 years, 20 yrs old, have benched 325 @ 162 lbs, I need to figure out how to fix it I live for the heavy bench so light weights and high reps can't be the permanent fix. help would be appreciated thanks!
