I'm trying to do the same... I'm around 245-250 right now and trying to drop down under 230 and build back up with quality..
You look very mesomorphic; usually guys like us hold mass very well as long as the protein intake remains under 200g; whatever it takes but solid meals 4-6 times a day will make all the difference. keep the carbs low and the meals steady.
Shit man you should have no problem. You can see abs now so I know when you hit 230 you'll need a doctor to remove the grin off your face.
Yea I'ma try to be real punctual on gettin to 202 with steady meals and keep my fingers crossed on holding the mass. But it can be rebuilt with hard work if I screw up. Learning the body is tricky business for sure or else everyone competing would have a Sandow.
