Agree with B2L, a pre gym ritual can be helpful. Don't take $20 worth of supplements every time like supp companies want you to, lol, but just find something simple like having a coffee or a bottle of water. Also, make it as easy as possible to go. I workout at home, but if I went to a gym I'd always have my gear ready to go, put in a bag in the car if you go straight from work, etc (get it ready for the next trip as soon as you come home after a workout).
Setting a schedule (a realistic schedule, given your other obligations), even if it's only 1x or 2x a week, and committing to it can be useful if you juggle a busy life and feel rushed or like you're 'fitting in' your trips to the gym. If your scheduled gym time is 5-6pm on Wed and someone asks you to do something which conflicts, then the answer is "Can't, I'm busy."
Consider backing off on intensity, frequency of training, or possibly volume if you're in there lifting constantly for over an hour. Consistency is more important than intensity.
How you view the gym is important. Try to see it as a place where you can devote your energies solely to yourself. Odds are, like most of us, you spend most of your day devoting your energy to others. The gym can be your place and your time. You can go there and leave behind all the worry, stress, and bullshit of daily life. Never bring any of that stuff into the gym with you. Rest assured that it will be waiting for you when you exit, but give yourself permission to be 100% worry free while in the gym.
