Hahaha it's something that all the fighters coming out of Greg Jackson's camp have been doing. He said that there's no real science behind it and that they're all just big dorks lol.

Rashad neglected the nipple pinch for the first round of the Forrest fight and Jardine says that's why he started so rough.
