Yes. But look at rest of them..
They use way a lot GH and less harder than Haney.
Why? Todays pros are razy.

- Although complete, Haney has smaller arms than today's top competitors.  Why is this?  Is it just a genetic deficiency or are there that many guys today putting oil in their arms?
- Where are the guys today with taper like Lee?
- Poor abdominal structure like Ronnie
- Striations all throughout traps, delts, upper back that you don't see with today's bodybuilders

That's what I'm wondering - do most of the guys today shoot oil and/or site inject in the bicep/tricep?  Those bodybuilders from the 80s never had arms anywhere close to the guys today.

Good arm genetic pool in present bbing.
But beside of it, they dont sacrifice mass to be hard like 80s and early 90s.Thats why their arms stay bigger but look softer.

Not "small". Lacking, yes. Not small.  He had good hams and his legs were big. His arms looked smaller because he was a BIG GUY.
