in this months Flex Dexter claims that he ran the 40 in 4.19 and could dunk a basketball when he was younger and Heath claims he ran the 40 in 4.31, what do you guys think?

how many 5'5 guys can properly dunk a basketball?

i can jump and hang off the rim, a basketball player i know around 6'1 can easily dunk. But for a 5'5 guy seems insane...i am sure it can be done by some freaks...something tells me if they were that freaky they would be earning 400,000k a year with harlem globetrotters rather than bbuilding

I can believe Heath's, he was a division I college basketball point guard so he was probably damn quick. Dexter's is bullshit, there aren't many that can run that fast.

Agree. Spud Webb and that little guy on the Knicks, can't think of his name right now, are the only sub 5'7" guys I've ever seen who could dunk. Maybe Dexter meant on an 8' goal?

It all depends on how they timed it.

With a manual timer, you always have to add 2-3 tenths of a second to the final time.

So if Dexter were clocked for 4.19 with a manual timer, that time would with a "real", or automatic timer, been 4.39.

Still fcuking fast. $:-\$

Hedge, do you realize some of the times that the top RB's in the NFL draft run right? Hell, Deion Sanders was around that time....oh brother Dexter is The Flash and he can dunk on an 8' basketball goal.
