Sirloin or ribeye - fillet is very nice but I never buy it because it's too expensive.

LOL it was a serious question b/c i think filet is much more flavorful then flank and was thinking that maybe you ate yours well done so it might have an affect but it looks like you eat yours pretty much like i eat mine medium to medium well so iono to each their own i guess...i cook mine in this stir fry sauce with some garlic, salt, pepper and mushrooms and zuchinni and its freaking fantastic, probably not the healthiest as the stir fry sauce has alot of fat in it but OMG the filet melts in your mouth its so tender.

Haha flank is the shittiest cut of steak. Filet and ribeye are probably the best.......but ribs/prime rib are pretty damn tasty.

I agree.......especially raw it's the only cut of meat I can eat raw. I eat about two pounds every other day of raw top sirloin. Great cut of meat. Makes a great "high" meat as well. Leave it in the fridge for a few days and it turns that lovely brown color with a cut up sweet onion and some olive oil.......talk about anabolic!

i probably eat sirloin or ribeye the most..
